How we operate

Our warehouse team receives, checks, and repacks every parcel. Nothing is shipped without a physical inspection and a photo record kept on file.

We act strictly as an agent (intermediary): we are not the manufacturer, owner, or direct seller of any items purchased on behalf of clients.
