General Rules for Sending Parcels

What you need to know before your parcel arrives at our warehouse — addressing, limits, restrictions, and best practices.

Use your personal address exactly

Include your User ID (client code) in the address line when ordering to your virtual address. Parcels arriving without it take longer to identify and may incur a $5 search fee.

Use the exact address format shown in your dashboard under Addresses.

Weight and size limits

Maximum 30 kg per parcel and 150 cm for the longest side. Heavier or larger shipments are quoted as freight.

Volumetric weight is calculated as (L × W × H) / 5000 for BXB shipments. EMS uses actual weight.

Declare honestly

Under-declaring value voids insurance and can lead to customs seizure at destination.

The Client bears sole legal and financial responsibility for the accuracy of customs declarations.

Batteries and liquids

Devices with built-in batteries are accepted on most routes; loose batteries, aerosols, and flammable liquids are not.

Lithium-ion batteries may have restrictions depending on destination country — check with us before ordering.

Prohibited items

The full list of prohibited and restricted items is available at https://relei.cc/limits.

We reserve the right to open and inspect any parcel suspected of containing prohibited goods.

Item descriptions for customs

Item descriptions must be in English, contain no special characters (except commas and hyphens), and be no longer than 70 characters.

ТНВЭД (HS) codes are auto-assigned by AI after payment. Brand information is auto-filled for BXB shipments if not provided by the client.
