How long is free storage?

10 calendar days from arrival at the warehouse. Starting on the 11th day, storage is billed daily according to current tariffs. Parcels unclaimed after 90 days may be disposed of.

Which carriers can I use?

For international shipping we use BXB International Delivery and EMS (Russian Post). BXB is best for heavy, compact parcels; EMS is best for lightweight or voluminous parcels.

For domestic delivery within Russia (from seller to our warehouse), we use Russian Post, CDEK, Boxberry, 5Post, DPD, and Avito delivery.

Can you buy from a private seller on Avito?

Yes. We contact the seller, verify the item, arrange courier pickup or meet in person, and inspect it before payment where possible.

Can you buy from Oskelly, Meshok, or other luxury platforms?

Yes. We purchase from Oskelly (luxury fashion and accessories), Meshok (vintage and second-hand), Litfund (auctions), Ozon, Yandex Market, and many other Russian marketplaces and boutiques.

We specialize in high-value and collectible items. Our team has experience with authentication, careful packaging, and export compliance for luxury goods, antiques, and collectibles.

Is insurance available?

Yes — 2% of the declared item value. Insurance is optional and can be selected when creating your order or when the shipment is prepared.

How long does international shipping take?

Total delivery time includes domestic delivery within Russia (~1 week from seller to our warehouse) and international delivery (2–4 weeks from our warehouse to your country). Total: typically 3–5 weeks.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH) via our crypto processor. All payments are in USD.
