Carriers we use

BXB International Delivery: Best for heavy, compact parcels. Pricing is based on volumetric (dimensional) weight. International transit 2–4 weeks. DDP (duty paid by sender) for most destinations.

EMS (Russian Post): Best for lightweight or voluminous parcels. Pricing is based on actual weight. International transit 2–4 weeks. Available for 150+ countries.

For US destinations, EMS is used exclusively (BXB requires DDP duty upfront for the US).

Customs paperwork

We prepare the export declaration and the CN22/CN23 form using the item titles, descriptions, and declared values from your order.

ТНВЭД (HS) codes are auto-assigned by AI and verified by our team. English descriptions are required for all items. Russian translations are generated for customs declarations.

The Client bears sole responsibility for the accuracy of declared values and item descriptions.

Transit times

Delivery has two stages: domestic delivery within Russia (from store to our warehouse, ~1 week) and international delivery (from our warehouse to your country, 2–4 weeks). Total delivery time is typically 3–5 weeks.

BXB International and EMS have similar international transit times (2–4 weeks). Neither is always faster — the choice depends on parcel characteristics, not speed.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number once the parcel is dispatched. Tracking updates appear in your dashboard automatically.

For BXB shipments, we use the official BXB GetStatuses API. For EMS shipments, we use the Russian Post tracking API.
