Payment Rates

Buyout commission

15% of the item value for orders under $500.

10% of the item value for orders over $500.

Plus a fixed fee that depends on the order value tier.

Buyout payment is done in two stages: Stage 1 — pay for the item (item cost + domestic delivery + commission + add-ons). Stage 2 — after we receive and inspect the item, pay for international shipping (carrier tariff + handling fee + insurance).

Money transfer commission

Commission is calculated dynamically based on the transfer amount, direction, and complexity. You will see the exact fee in your order quote before payment.

Shipping handling fee

10% of the international shipping cost, calculated on the official carrier tariff, plus a flat $15 per shipment.

Optional services

Detailed photo report: +$3 per item.

Reinforced extra box: +$3 per item.

Insurance: 2% of declared value.

Consolidation: +$3 per additional item beyond the first.

Storage fees

Free storage: 10 calendar days per parcel.

Starting on the 11th day: daily storage fee according to current tariffs.

Parcels unclaimed after 90 days may be disposed of without compensation.
