What happens once your shipment arrives in the destination country — tracking, duties, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Tracking handover

The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch and updates in your dashboard automatically.

You can also track your parcel on the Relei.cc tracking page using your order ID or carrier tracking number.

Duties and VAT are charged by your local customs and paid directly by you on delivery. Relei.cc never collects them.

For BXB shipments, duty is prepaid by the sender (DDP) — this means no surprise charges on delivery for most destinations.

For EMS shipments, duty is paid by the recipient on delivery (DDU).

Photograph the parcel before opening it and send us the pictures within 7 days so we can file a carrier claim.

If insurance was purchased, we will file the claim on your behalf with the carrier.

Ensure your delivery address is complete and correct when creating your order. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible.

Include a valid phone number and email — carriers may use them for delivery notifications.
