How it works

Each client gets a personal User ID and a warehouse address in Russia. Use it as the delivery address in any Russian shop, marketplace, or with any private seller.

When a parcel arrives, we register it against your account using your User ID in the address line.

Storage policy

10 calendar days of free storage per parcel. Starting on the 11th day, storage is billed daily according to current tariffs.

Parcels remaining unclaimed or unpaid after 90 calendar days will be classified as abandoned and may be disposed of without compensation.

Consolidation

Combine multiple incoming parcels into one outgoing shipment to save on international shipping. Consolidation fee: $3 per additional item beyond the first.

Consolidation does not reset the storage clock — the oldest parcel determines the storage deadline.

Where to find yours

Open Addresses in your dashboard to copy the full address for each warehouse.

Important: always include your User ID

Parcels arriving without a valid User ID in the address line take longer to identify and may incur a $5 search fee.

The Service is not liable for delays or lost packages caused by missing User IDs.
