Examples

Example 1: You are a student at Moscow State University studying abroad for a semester. You need to pay your tuition invoice of 200,000 RUB. You send us the invoice PDF, we pay it in rubles, and return the stamped confirmation.

Example 2: You need to pay a 5,000 RUB application fee to a Russian university admissions office. We handle the payment and provide proof of transaction.

Example 3: You are enrolled in a Russian language school in St. Petersburg and need to pay 30,000 RUB for a course package. We pay the school directly.

Documents

Send the invoice or payment slip issued by the institution. We pay it in rubles and return the stamped confirmation or proof of payment.

For larger amounts, we may request additional documentation for compliance purposes.

Deadlines

Submit your request at least three business days before the deadline so the institution can register the payment on time.

Transfers typically settle within one business day of your payment confirmation.
